The 49th edition of the Granma-Cerro Pelado International Greek-Roman Struggling Tournament starts today in the Cuban capital with the dispute in eight divisions.

The 49th edition of the Granma-Cerro Pelado International Greek-Roman Struggling Tournament starts today in the Cuban capital with the dispute in eight divisions.

The competition will open with strugglers of 59, 66, 71, 75, 80, 85, 98 and 130 kilo division; this latter will have the presence of Mijaín López, five times world champion and winner of two Olympic medals.

The competition will take place up to June 14 at the Ciudad Deportiva, where over 50 strugglers from six nations must participate.

Cuba will be represented by its best athletes.

Women will compete June 12, while the 13 and 14 will be for the free modality.

This 49th edition of Granma-Cerro Pelado struggling tournament will be an open competition without awards, where Cuban and foreign strugglers will have the possibility of doing several fighting.
