After being known by his characters in different soap operas such as Dust in the wind, Here we are, Following the track and Pratol 444, young actor Enrique Bueno will return to the Cuban television to incarnate one of the characters of Times for love, directed by Ernesto Fiallo, that will be on air next April.

Five times awarded with the Popularity Prize in Between you and me tv program, Bueno will assume this time a negative character: a mischievous guy called as learned by all, a nickname that justifies and reaffirms because, according to him, he is a street learner, a life learner.

Enriquito explained that this is “a quite opposite character” as compared to those ones he incarnated before, and commented about the challenges he had to face to achieve it. In this sense, he said: “I completely changed my image, so the character was different, credible. This character is a fun of motorcycle races, with illegal motorcycles. I know how to drive them and thought that it would be simple, but when I saw the motorcycle we had to work with, it was a “monster”, a Kawasaki. Then, I jocklingly confessed: I won't drive that motorcycle, not even in playing, so you will have to look for a dubber”,

And he added that in 2016 he shot the film Ernest with Japanese director Junji Sakamoto, based on the life of Freddy Maymura, a Bolivian guerrilla man of Japanese origin who fought together with Ernesto "Che" Guevara in Bolivia.

“I incarnate a Bolivian student here. To get familiar with the Bolivian accent, I had to see and hear many documentary films from this nation. The Phonetics is complicated”, explained Bueno, who was also the tutor of the protagonist of the film, Joe Odagiri.

“He is a very famous Japanese actor of the Asian cinema who came to Cuba and learned Spanish, especially for the film. I advised him with the Spanish language and with acting as a Latin because, it is not a problem of chovinism, but we Latins have a different way of projecting ourselves. We are more outgoing, we gesticulate; however, they are more moderate”, he revealed.

The film was shot in Japan and Cuba, and will be shown in the Japanese big screen during the Fall, 2017, on occasion of celebrating the 50th anniversary of Che and Mayumura's death. Then, it will be premiered in the nation's movie rooms, to be later distributed in Spain, France and other European and Latin American countries.

Enrique also said in advance that he is already working with Vital Teatro, a theater company led by Alejandro Palomino, this time under the direction of Ernesto Fiallo. He is involved in a collage that will remake some Cuban plays like: My pal Manolo, Santa Camila, Andoba, Wooden box and Revolico, and that he is shooting a soap opera along with Miguel Brito.
